CPS Advocate Panel Scheme 2011
The results of the CPS grading exercise have now been sent out. If you were unsuccessful, details of the appeal process are on the CPS website, documents 14 and 15 and forms must be submitted by 15 February 2012.
The word count in the Reasons for Appeal section of the CPS grading form has been increased to 500 words and we will keep you informed of any other changes.

The new CPS Advocate Panel Scheme was launched on 31 March 2011. You will now be aware that there have been significant amendments to the scheme and the deadline for submission of applications has been further extended to 4pm on 31 August 2011. Details of the scheme and the application procedure can be found on the CPS website.
On the 13 April 2011 the South Eastern Circuit invited Alison Saunders and Ken Caley to talk about the scheme at a meeting in Middle Temple.
